M&D cooperated with a food factory of Jiangsu province for indoor production in packaging and conveying projects

We mainly provide 300 sets of rollers in this project. 10 non-powered rollers were driven by 1 motorized roller In the conveyor line, the maximum load of which can reach 300Kg. This conveyor line uses traditional IO/485 and others communication methods ,and the highest sorting efficiency can reach 2500 packages per hour.

The characteristics of the conveyor line are low noise cause of the direct drive form;simple overall structure and diverse functions; simple installation and maintenance. Compared with the geared motor scheme, it operates reliably, with more energy-saving and lower costs,which can be highly connected and coordinated with other production processes.
