M&D cooperated with the distribution center of a large express company in Zhejiang in cross belt sorter project

We mainly provides 300 sets of motorized rollers in this project,and maximum load of each roller can reach 25Kg.The crossbelt sorter uses traditional IO/485/CAN/EtherCat communication methods, and the highest sorting efficiency can reach 7200~12000 packages per hour.

The characteristics of the crossbelt sorter: simple overall structure also operates reliably;high accuracy and quick response; energy-saving and more Efficient ;simple installation and maintenance . Compared with servo motor or geared motor scheme, it operates with lower noise and costs.
